Hope Strengthens Foundation (HSF) is proud to announce the establishment of a new multi-year partnership with the Seacoast Cancer Center at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in New Hampshire. We will be delivering support to a fund for Survivorship, Support and Wellness in memory of Jack and Joanne Lynch, the parents of longtime HSF supporter, Chris Lynch.
Jack and Joanne were incredibly kind and generous people who left an indelible imprint on HSF’s co-founders, Jim and Jake. Jack was a Vietnam veteran and commercial airline pilot. Joanne was a teacher and community leader. They were parents of three talented boys and grandparents to six beautiful children.
Jack received exceptional care during his treatment at Seacoast Cancer Center and Chris’s wife Heather works at the hospital as an RN and “Nurse Navigator” who helps educate and guide patients through their full continuum of care, from diagnosis and treatment through to survivorship.
Resources dedicated to the fund will directly support current cancer patients and the wellness of survivors who have completed their treatments.
This new partnership with Seacoast Cancer Center compliments two other existing partnerships HSF has successfully established with Dana-Farber Cancer Center Pediatric Resource Program and Martin-O’Neil Cancer Center.
