It’s hard to believe but in a couple of months, Tara will have been in Boston for one year. And one year ago in September, she underwent her second craniotomy, removing a tumor which had grown despite the fact that she had gone through one round of oral chemotherapy and proton therapy.
Needless to say, Tara has battled through incredible challenges this past year. To her supporters, Tara (and her family) want to express their sincere gratitude to all who have been so giving and gracious throughout this experience.
Tara’s next MRI is scheduled for September 10th and we would ask for your continued thoughts and prayers for another positive report. Tara has enjoyed a great summer and as if her dedication to beat cancer weren’t enough, she continues to study for her National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) exam to become a Registered Nurse!
