Tara is amazing! She has finished cycle 5 with good lab results and is ready to conquer cycle 6 of her clinical trial. At the end of May, Tara will have her next MRI.
Tara’s veins have some scar tissue and every visit to the lab is time consuming as the nurses work diligently to find a good vein. There’s the usual heat packs that are placed on her arms and also wrapped with warm blankets. Today’s visit brought out the vein finder which shines a bright pinkish-red light which illuminates the veins.
Tara is so glad the warm weather is arriving in Boston and hopes to make it out to our 1st Annual Charity Golf Outing in partnership with The Jimmy Fund on Monday, May 13th!
