This year marks Hope Strengthens Foundation‘s 15th Anniversary!
What started as an inspirational community fundraiser for our great friend Joe Merry has grown into a mission of delivering hope and strength across New England and the nation.
Thanks to your generous support, we have positively impacted over 150 families by covering more than 1,000 targeted needs, funding 30 college scholarships for aspiring healthcare professionals, and partnering with several of the nation’s leading hospitals to assist patients facing the most severe health challenges.
The need for assisting ill, disabled, or injured patients is on the rise. Concurrently, families’ financial needs have increased, and assistance from insurance and other programs often does not fully cover the rising costs associated with prolonged treatment.
Your tax-deductible donations help us provide targeted financial assistance to eligible patients and families, acting as a bridge between immediate needs and longer-term solutions.
Today, we proudly launch our 15th Anniversary Giving Campaign and have established a goal of raising $150,000 by the end of 2025. To help us achieve this important goal, we offer the following giving levels for your consideration.
HUMANITARIAN LEVEL – $15,000 Gift
A tax-deductible gift at this level will expand our critical partnerships with organizations like the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Pediatric Resource Program and Mass General Cancer Center to help many more patients and families. It will also allow us to provide additional scholarships to first-generation college students aspiring to pursue impactful healthcare careers at the University of New Hampshire College of Health and Human Services and The Bouvé College School of Nursing at Northeastern University.
HERO LEVEL – $1,500 Gift
A tax-deductible gift at this level will cover longer-term care needs for patients and families. For example, you could fulfill a “Day 15” grant that will help a veteran secure care services that facilitate their continued recovery following the completion of a 14-day Intensive Clinical Program with our partner, Home Base.
HOPE LEVEL – $150 Gift
A tax-deductible gift at this level will cover a specialized need such as a rehabilitation training session for a patient with a spinal cord injury or a scalp cooling session to help a patient keep their hair while undergoing cancer treatment.
HELPER LEVEL – $15 Gift
A tax-deductible gift at this level will cover one expense for a patient and family traveling to a hospital for treatment, such as a daily parking fee or a meal.
